Aluminum Furnace Features
  1. Long working life.  Furnace is made of aluminum and magnesium alloy materials, consisting of two pieces of aluminum shells and asbestos board, insulating board and stainless copper wire rod. It is durable to use for a long time.                                                                          
  2. Safety.   The actual capacity of the furnace is greater than the rated capacity,  and the furnace is designed in a  good safety factor. So the furnace is stronger, can work smoothly when  the maximum load.

1 ) Compared with gas /oil /coal fired furnace, what are your advantages?

a. High productivity. As heating fast, the material utilization of induction furnace up to 95-99%. Its oxidation loss is less than0.5%, while gas furnace loss 2%, and coal-fired furnace loss 3%.  It can reduce 1.5% slag.
