How the furnace working ?

The intermediate frequency melting furnace is mainly composed of a power supply, an furnace body with a induction coil and a crucible. Iron will be put in the crucible built with refractory cement. After turned on power, an alternating magnetic field is generated in the induction coil, and then a induced eddy current is created to heat and melt iron.

What is the advantages of hydraulic tilting?
Hydraulic tilting: Furnace can rotate around the pouring spout, and tilting with proportional control, through controlling buttons of hydraulic station and the handle of tilting control device . Its tilting angle is vertically at 95 degrees and it can stay in any position in the process of rotating, as well as to change titling speed to more quicker or more slowly. It uses the manual valve operation and double machine double pump, with remote manual control system. Some other company only have single pump control.

Advantages of induction melting furnace:

1. Low energy consumption. Induction melting is the most energy-saving melting method among electric melting furnaces. It save 31.5% to 54.3% energy than oil furnaces, and save 5% to 40% energy than gas furnaces.
2. Less oxidation decarburization and less burning loss. Induction furnace heat so fast, so it cause very little oxidation.During melting, IF induction furnace can save at least 20-50 kilograms of steel raw materials per ton, compared with the gas, oil or coal-fired furnaces.
3. It can reduce the rate of unqualified products by 1.5%. Its self-stirring function can make metal temperature and composition to be uniform. The application of a temperature control system can achieve precise temperature control to ensure the quality and capacity.
