1. The capacity of the furnace is based on the density of steel 7.8 (the density of aluminum is 2.7, so for aluminium of the same weight, it needs 3 times bigger of the furnace body)

Packaging & Shipping

Packing details:
1. When by FCL(in a full container load ), the furnace body, crucible and water cooling cables are unpackaged, and power supply cabinet and capacitor cabinet are packed with plastic film, and reducer is packed in wooden boxes, and the furnace control device is packed in carton. All the products are loaded on the truck with a forklift. The place where the product is placed is nailed with a thick wooden board to prevent it from moving, and the product is fixed with iron wire to prevent it from shaking. These fixing measures prevent them from colliding with each other.
2. When by LCL. (less than container load ), all products are packed in wooden boxes

Installation Instructions

1) Equipment design
Furnace will be customized to meet your production needing and environmental condition (maximum ambient temperate, humidity, altitude,etc) .

2) Drawings delivery
Technical drawing will be send to the buyer after geting the deposite, so the buyer can build basic contruction before the furnace arrived.

3) Acceptance check before delivery
a. The supply of the inspection equipment complies with the scope of supply and technical specifications in the technical agreement.
b. Check the mechanical actions of the equipment.
c. Safety interlock of equipment and alarm function test.

4) Installation & debugging & worker training

a. Cooperate with guidance to check the buyer installation work;
b. Internal and electrical wiring connections between equipment;
c. Site commissioning;, according to the actual equipment adjust to the best state;
d. Direct buyer operating personnel to the correct use of operating equipment;
e. Guidance on site security considerations;
f. To guide the buyer maintenance personnel troubleshooting methods;
g. Provide equipment specification;
