Our products: This furnace can bear to 1800 degrees. It can melt lumpy powdery flakes or irregular metal material, such as Iron,steel, copper, aluminum,brass, bronze,gold, etc. It's melting capacity is from 500kg to 5tons per hour. It need electricity to work. The larger the furnace, the less power consumption will be.
Our service: We will configure the appropriate furnace capacity and power, corresponding water cooling system and power system according to the metal materials smelted by the customer and the local power conditions. Details description
Furnace features
1. Hydraulic tilting. When pouring metal liquid, steel shell furnace can stay at any angle,and change titling speed.
2. Equipped with magnetic yoke. Its indctor is covered by yoke in more than 65% area, so it have less magnetic leakage, and it can save about 5% energy.
3. Leakage alarm. It is a special dual leak-proof furnace alarm, when the lining getting thinner to a certain degree, a warning light will be given to protect furnace from leakage.
4. Anti-fall lifting fence. During the process of tilting furnace, the anti-falling fence will be automatically raised to form a
protective barrier to prevent the personnel from falling.
5. More function! Heavy steel shell furnace can be equipped with lining push-out system, a load cells,ect.
Power supply features
1. Power factor above 0.95, don't require reactive power compensation equipment to deal with harmonics,
2. Two furnaces can work together at the same time. Making full use of time to increase production.
3.15% energy saving compared to the same capacity general electric furnace. Transformer utilization rate is high.4. Arbitrary power allocation. The two furnaces can cast simultaneously and also can supply continuously metal liquid for casting.
Full-automatic production line
1. It can realize automatic operations such as automatic constant temperature, automatic drying, power distribution display, intelligent smelting management, automatic display and storage of fault information, etc.
2. Besides, it can be configured with foundry equipment and operation, and connected with various equipment, including remote display, temperature measuring instrument, thermal analyzer, spectrometer, demand controller and large screen display, etc.

Yes, it is. Most of our customers install it themself and run it very well.
2. How long is the delivery time?
It is 7-14days, if there are any in stock.
If there are nothing in stock, it depend on quantity and modle.
