Working principle: The intermediate frequency melting furnace is mainly composed of a power supply, an furnace body with a induction coil and a crucible. Melting metal will be put in the crucible built with refractory materials. The metal is put in the crucible. After the AC power is turned on, an alternating magnetic field is generated in the induction coil. Being cut by the magnetic line of force , the metal material generates an induced electromotive force, and it creates a induced eddy current to heat and melt metal.
