How the furnace work? The intermediate frequency melting furnace is mainly composed of a power supply, an furnace body with a induction coil and a crucible. Metal material will be put in the crucible built with refractory cement. After turned on power, an alternating magnetic field is generated in the induction coil, and then a induced eddy current is created to heat and melt the metal material.
Furnace features: This alumininum shell furnace can bear 1800 degrees. It is Suitable for small capacity of less than 5ton per hour, wildly used in small foundry and semi-automiatic fundry. It has intelligent temperature control, cause less burning loss,less slag,save raw material; Compared with the IGBT furnace, this KGPS furnaces can be debugged easily under video guidance, and it have lower requirement about working environment, being not easy to get trouble.
More customized function: hydraulic tilting,leaking-alarm, dual-furnaces melting system, automatic production line.
