Induction coil is the heart of induction furnace. A powerful magnetic field is created inside the coil under the influence of voltage and current from its medium frequency power supply. To improve the conversion of thermal energy, design of coil is very important. Hengyang's furnace coils are designed based on the actual condition both China and abroad. According to the electromagnetic theory, a perfect design was made through accurate analysis and calculation determined.
Induction coil is made of copper pipe. In order to guarantee the reliability of coils, copper of brand T2 (purity electrolytic copper ≥99.5%) is used to make the coil, which is 3.5 mm extrusion rectangular copper pipe, made on a special die winding. So the coil is durable and can provide the greatest conductivity.
Making process: The coils adopts varnish of high temperature resistant and high voltage insulation, being overall dip coating and vacuum drying, which can achieve H insulation class.The coils are tested under 12 kg/cm3 hydrostatic pressure before delivery.
