This aluminium shell furnace can melt metals below 1800 degrees, such as Iron, steel, copper, aluminum, brass, bronze, and so on. We can provide furnaces of capacity from 50kg to 5tons. They are wildly used in small foundry and semi-automiatic fundry.
Furnace features: It has intelligent temperature control, cause less burning loss,less slag,save raw material; Compared with the IGBT furnace, this KGPS furnaces can be debugged easily under video guidance, and it have lower requirement about working environment, being not easy to get trouble.

How the furnace work?
The intermediate frequency melting furnace is mainly composed of a power supply, an furnace body with a induction coil and a crucible. Metal material will be put in the crucible built with refractory cement. After turned on power, an alternating magnetic field is generated in the induction coil, and then a induced eddy current is created to heat and melt the metal material.
Engineer's suggestion: Choose one power supply with dual furances
When you want to melt another furnace , just need to connect the water-cooled cable to another furnace to continue production.

Aluminium shell furnace
Aluminium shell furnace's shell is made of high quality aluminum and magnesium alloy; induction coil is made of T2 copper (purity electrolytic copper ≥99.5%); Furnace is tilting by RZS reducer, which can be manual and electric controled.
